Do I need to reinforce anyones memory? *bans random user* --- DSL has had some trouble in recent times, but most of that isn't my fault. I've adminned well less than half of the DSLs in existence. - mt0 |

I do, vaugely. --- DCybN - 10/10 best poster ever! - duckduckduck |

Let's try it out on cleft. --- If I could take your life I would take your time away & hurl you down to hell. The god of earthquake could not heal you there. |

Modified version that used to be in the TOS > any other TOS rule |
From: |
I remembered KSOT falling victim to it. --- |

Heh, I remember that rule. Did he ever use it? --- But who prays for Satan? Who, in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most? ~Mark Twain |
From: |
It definetly was one of the better rules. --- |
From: |
Yes, I remember it was in the ToS, but I forgot what exactly it stated. |
From: |
I remember when he banned everyone that had certain characters in thier user names. |
From: |
At any time, Anomoly can/will ban a random user. --- GCBSA fo' lyfe |
From: |
I banned about 4 dozen accounts one day because they contained nonalphanumeric characters. I did spare a few accounts of active users though. Most if not all were alts or joke accounts. That was when the user id's were around the 600's if I recall correctly. I know it had to be less than 1000 because the original hell (base of outboards v2) code only went up to 1000 no matter how many accounts you actually had and it was well less of that mark. --- DSL has had some trouble in recent times, but most of that isn't my fault. I've adminned well less than half of the DSLs in existence. - mt0 |

Basically the clause in short form just says I can do whatever I like to your account at any time and that you agree to that by posting here. Really it's just a way to stop the dumbasses from saying "that isn't in the TOS". --- DSL has had some trouble in recent times, but most of that isn't my fault. I've adminned well less than half of the DSLs in existence. - mt0 |
From: |
I remember when you actually put that in the TOS, and then went on to say that when you weren't online the rule covered me. People didn't like that so much.... |
From: |
I think I'll put it back in, but make the font size so small you can't tell that it's there. Then when people bitch I'll refer them to the rule in the TOS they didn't know existed. --- DSL has had some trouble in recent times, but most of that isn't my fault. I've adminned well less than half of the DSLs in existence. - mt0 |

I think there should be a drunken moderator clause. --- |

Anomaly reserves the right to delete anything at anytime for any reason. If you're lucky you might get an explanation. --- xXxAce8702xXx (8:22:33 PM): RIAA doesn't cover Reggaeton Artists |

I have only claimed the clause three times. 1. The day of mass banning 2. KSOT timed suspension (got tired of him and other arguing so the quick solution was to suspend his ass until people forgot what they were arguing about) 3. I modded about 18 of rancids messages before he was a mod here because he wouldn't shut the fuck up. --- DSL has had some trouble in recent times, but most of that isn't my fault. I've adminned well less than half of the DSLs in existence. - mt0 |

AC was pretty good except when you get banned by it. Just like the cliche, "It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt. [Then it's hilarious.]" --- Sig |

I'm not sure if I was around for that. I do remember Anomalyville and the other Boards created by you that suddenly disappeared one day. That shall go down in history as "Black Anomalyday." --- Tell CJayC you missed the LUE sign-ups because you were getting stoned, he'll understand. http://www.ssj2kite.olddh.com/boards |
From: |
The Anomalyville that is linked to on every spinoff list wasn't ever active. The register page was removed after Obo, Jay, and I made accounts. We were using it to modify the MA code for here before Jay decided to do the rewrite. There was an actual Anomalyville board though. I put it up when I was trying to figure out PHP/MySQL. I used that knowledge to create three incarnations of Ghetto for SP. The only user that probably was registered there and still posts on Outboards to this day is Game. Eventually I took down the register page and had long since forgotten the ftp pass. I look back and find it amazing I was able to "fix" the refuge/hell hybrid I created back then considering my little understanding of PHP. --- DSL has had some trouble in recent times, but most of that isn't my fault. I've adminned well less than half of the DSLs in existence. - mt0 |
