It's unbelievable, but I'm actually being sued by some stupid mom for the following:

When I was younger, me and two friends teased this girl a lot. It was both psychically and mentally abuse. When she couldn't take it anymore, she committed suicide. But, she didn't only kill herself, she took her little sister with her.

They sat in a car inside a garage until the carbon monoxide killed them both. I'll see if I can find the old news article about it.

So, yes, I admit we teased her, but she has to be pretty ****ed up to take her own life and her little sisters life.

Well, that's many years ago, but now she's suing only ME (not my friends) because she has found some old letters her daughter wrote. Apparently she write that I'm the main reason she was going to kill herself and her sister. Herself because she couldn't handle it anymore, and her sister because she didn't want her to grow up and be teased.

Anyway, we've already contacted a lawyer, and I think it will end very quickly.

If I win, I will defiantly sue her back for harassing me.

I hope you lose every single penny you have.

Regardless, that shows that the mother wasn't very concerned with her obviously depressed daughter. Parents should know the psychological and mental health of their children. Not knowing this shows the mother was negligent.

The mom talks to the girl. Tries to get her help. SHE STILL ATTENDS SCHOOL. SHE STILL GETS PICKED ON.

The mom calls the teachers. Calls the topic creator's parents. They don't give a flying ****.

School's are all "OMG NO VERBAL HARRASMENT AND BULLYING" but nobody enforces it. You're insane if you think they do.

What could the mom do? Yank her kid out of the school? Home-school? Move somewhere else?

It's not the mom's fault. The constant abuse from the topic creator added onto the already unstable mind of the girl, and had she not been physically and verbally assualted every day, she'd probably be alive today.
