The GameFAQs Feedback system has been expanded to allow you to check your message status, as well as more easily create new tickets.
As of now, we are only accepting tickets dealing with account issues - no other issues are being addressed at this time.
This feedback system is designed to replace the current black hole that is e-mail. If you have non-critical issues with GameFAQs at this time, it's best to just hold them for the time being until we get caught up on the existing account issues. Once that's done, we'll slowly expand the feedback system to account for additional contact types.
