I can smell it. I've never had so many NKL before. 17 moderations, 15 are NKLs.
Shouldn't I just be banned by now? Most of these are hardly moddable also. =\

It's a well-known fact that CJayC himself stated that he had no problem with hidden boards that obeyed the ToS. Krusty's Funhouse. Admittedly, this was quite some time ago, but we're hardly mind-readers. We can't be aware of some minute change to the ToS without being informed of it.

These moderations everyone keeps on posting have GOT to stop.
This sucks. It's feast or famine here.
For a long time, alot wondered where the mods were.
Since Friday we KNOW where they are, but people are getting modded for quite odd reasons.
How about a balance?
Mods present, but moderating things only that actually break the ToS?
In one respect, a lack of moderator activity = lawless disgust of the site, followed by lawless behavior by the members.
In the current respect, a ton of (incorrect) moderator activity = lawless disgust of the site, followed by lawless behavior of the members.
Who's running this place, anyway?

Forget the ranting. Someone get over here and sort this out. Someone must be out there who's able to shed light on this situation. I've danced for the lead mods. Do I have to play the Bacon Flute as well?

Most likely just a hasty call. First, somebody marks for "Other: off-topic" - yep, we've got people doing that when the off-topic option isn't there - and then we have a mod who didn't pay close enough attention, figured "yeah, that's off-topic" and deleted it. Might have thought it was the PC Space Quest board.
That happens. I've made similar mistakes myself. The real error was in not reading the contest through and upholding it without doublechecking. This issue has been addressed on the mod board.
NickBush is already satisfied with this outcome, so I think it's about time we draw this topic to a close.
